Who we are

Refine R.N. is a mobile medical aesthetics practice operated by Kayla Smith, R.N., serving Calgary and surrounding Alberta communities. The public website is https://refinern.ca.

Information you send us

• Contact form: name, email, optional phone number, and your message. These are emailed to the practice so Kayla can reply.
• Review form: name, email, star rating, and review text. Reviews may be stored and, if approved, featured on the website.
• Online booking is handled by Jane App, a third-party scheduling service. Jane’s own privacy terms apply when you use that booking flow.

Cookies and analytics

The site loads Google Tag Manager after you scroll, which may set cookies or similar identifiers. If a Google Analytics 4 measurement ID is configured, page views and conversion events such as contact form submissions may be recorded. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
